1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Commission Command Center, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the service legally, ethically, and in compliance with all federal and New York State regulations.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or copy the software
• Share your account access
• Use the product for illegal activity
• Attempt to disrupt or hack the service

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Commission Command Center uses Stripe for secure payments.

Trial Terms

If a trial is offered:

• $1 grants 7-day full access
• After 7 days, billing automatically continues at $9/month unless canceled

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. No prorated refunds are provided.

4. User Data

You retain ownership of the deal data you enter.

We reserve the right to anonymize and analyze aggregated data for:

• Improving product performance
• Understanding usage patterns

(Names, emails, or personal identifiers are never sold.)

5. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, trademarks, and content belong to Commission Command Center. You may not copy, modify, or resell any part of the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as-is." We make no guarantees regarding:

• Earnings
• Sales performance
• Accuracy of projections

Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by New York law, we are not liable for:

• Lost revenue
• Lost deals
• Data loss
• Business interruption

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 90 days.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State.

Any disputes will be handled in New York courts.
