Commission Command Center ("Company", "we", "our", "us") provides a digital software service delivered instantly upon purchase. Because access is granted immediately, we maintain a strict no-refund policy, except where required by applicable law.

We believe clarity protects both our customers and our business.

1. All Sales Are Final

Payments for:

  • $1 trials
  • Monthly memberships
  • Renewals
  • Upgrades
  • Digital content

…are non-refundable once processed. Since access is instant, we cannot "take back" digital usage.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle
  • No future charges will occur
  • No prorated refunds are issued

3. Billing Issues or Mistakes

4. New York State Law Compliance

Under NYS law, digital goods delivered instantly are not subject to mandatory refund requirements unless defective or unused due to system failure.

If the service malfunctioned and prevented access, we will:

  • If access cannot be restored, a courtesy credit or refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for legitimate, authorized purchases may result in:

  • Automatic account termination
  • Loss of access to future promotions
  • Permanent block from future services
